Mark Sham has specifically designed this workshop with a HAPPINESS booklet that each delegate gets. The booklet is a guide on the day, is a place for notes and declarations, but most importantly, it acts as a book to study and review at home after the workshop is complete.
As this is a workshop, there are a number of exercises that get executed throughout the day, but none of them put people in an uncomfortable position. Every person can choose to keep their work entirely private if they wish.
That said, the raw and authentic nature of the workshop lends itself to giving others permission to be more expressive and vulnerable throughout the day. But again, no one has to do anything they don’t want to.
